We have been experiencing many problems with our credit card server going down and Tessitura not communicating with Transcend. Transactions will show as completed in Tess, but when I check the server, the transactions are not there. I have then had to book the charge manually through the server. The past 2 days we had about 50 orders online, but absolutely nothing is on the server.
Has anyone else ever had a problem like this? If so, what did you do?

We've had various problems in the past with pointing at the wrong server, disruptions in communications, etc. I always go straight to the support people with anything like this so I'd open up a ticket and/or call INTRIX. If you have access to your credit card server you can turn on logging which might help with the debugging. Again, Tessi and INTRIX support can help you figure out where the disconnect might be.

Thanks, Heather. The bank is working with us to settle some non-settled authorizations. We also have an IT group working on our servers. Hopefully things will improve
