So, I've decided to be adventurous and explore the possibility of adding graphics to our tickets (performance sponsor logos, etc). I was wondering if anyone else has done this and what your outcome was.

Hi Chris,
It's been awhile since I looked into this but there are a couple things that are good to know going forward.If you add the image to the ticket design you need to add a 'Yes' value to the t_defaults table of 'USE_PRINTSEND' and when you do this you lose the ability to print special characters like umlauts, etc. (via font 13)If you upload a graphic directly to the BOCA machine you bypass the need for the t_defaults entry but if the BOCA gets turned off, the graphic gets deleted as well.Like I said, it's been awhile since I researched this so I might be recalling things wrong, or things may have changed since then but hopefully this is helpful to you and maybe someone can chime in and confirm if this info is accurate.
