Email Confirmations for Phone orders and Comps

I was wondering if it was possible to establish a way for my representatives to send email confirmations from Tessitura after completing a phone order and/or send email confirmations for complimentary ticket orders.

Yes that's possible. You can set up an email order acknowledgement format that your users select from the print order window. We don't have good documentation on how to set it up, so I suggest opening a help ticket for instructions.

Kevin,

My organization is just going live with Tessitura. I had the same question on e-mail order acknowledgement. Since original question was over a year ago, wondering if there is documentation (instructions) now on how to do so?
