a facility needs to increase its price zones from "A/B/C" to "A/B/C/D." i added an extra price zone under the "zone descriptions" header in the "zone maps" tab. then, i changed the "best seat" zones to reflect the change. the problem is when you access the performance in season manager or ticketing order, the price zones remain unchanged as "A/B/C."

Not sure what version you are on, but there are some procs that need to be run if you update zones etc. on a facility in use. Search documentation for 'Making changes to a facility in use' for your version and it will give you the info you need to run to update.
