Out of Balance Ticketing Batch

We had something really weird happen that I've never seen before.  We have 2 ticketing batches that won't post.  We get a message "Batch No. XXXXX is out of balance.  This posting has failed."  I've seen this with controlled batches before, but not ticketing batches that are uncontrolled.  There is no money on account or anything that should be on account.  Has anyone else gotten this before and if so, what's the solution?
