Here at The Granada Theatre we have a few seats that are non-traditional "loose" seats of varying heights and we're trying to find a way to describe them on our website that doesn't confuse patrons or come across as a "broken" seat, and we're finding it a little difficult. Has anyone out there come across this issue, and if so may I ask what the solution was?
Internally we've always referred to them as "Loose Seats" but patrons are often confused and think that they are broken. Then we pondered "Non-Fixed Theater Seat" but that too can carry the suggestion that the seats are broken.
Any and all suggestions are welcome!
Christopher, What about "free-standing seats"? That wouldn't give the impression that the seat is broken, only that it's not bolted to other seats (or the floor). Christy Seattle Rep Christopher Short <bounce-christophershort8349@tessituranetwork.com> wrote:
