Is there a List or Report to back enter RSVP's?

Hi, does anyone know of a list or report I can use to back enter event RSVP's so I don't have to pull each individuals record?

Thanks,

George

  • Hi George,

How are you recording RSVPs?  For simple guest lists we use Special Activities and there is a utility report that is great for making mass updates to a list of constituents.  It is in the Data Management folder and called Manage Special Activity.  It has options for either inserting activities or updating existing activities.  For example you can change the status from Invited to Attended or something like that.

If you are using Events, as in the special campaign type events, you can open the Elevated Event campaign and there is a tab called Attendees.  This screen displays all constituents who are invited and you can update the fields Confirmed, Status, Attendees and Notes.  This way you don't have to open the individual constituent records or their contribution records.

The documentation for Elevated Events is here.  Or, if you are already in Tessitura and have the Elevated Event open you can click the Help key or press F1.  Section 4.C.3 details what I have tried to describe and includes screenshots.  It is page 27 of 33.

    Good luck.
