Hi, is there a way to back enter an Acknowledgement Sent note to a group of constituents? We are new to Tessitura and have not created all our Ack Letters yet. We just sent out thank you/receipt letters for our Spring Annual Appeal and I want to update each record. I've used Razor's Edge before and we were able to take the list that was created for the mailing and then back enter information using that list. Is it possible with Tessitura?
