I have found it frustrating to mine constituent ticket data in Tessitura. I just want to generate an excel spreadsheet with constituent general info (name, address, email) and ticket info: event, date of purchase, mos, channel, number of seats, $ paid.
Does anybody have any tips?
For that specific info, it seems like running the Single Sale Order Listing report and saving it to excel might give you what you're looking for. In a more general sense, have you tried output sets?
Hi,
Thanks Amanda, I’ve tried most of the reports including Single Sale Order Listing, they usually give me separate parts of what I need, not the whole.
Haven’t tried output sets, where can I find info on that?
Much appreciated.

Hi Michael,
What would be the parameters for the ticket information you need?Meaning, do you need it by date, by production, by season, etc. etc.I've got a couple custom ones for ticketing information set up, so depending on what you are looking for I might be able to give you the entries that you, or your IT person would need to get you going.
Also, here are some resources you might find helpful.

Yes you could create Output Set Elements to do the job (and some with parameters if you want to limit by season etc). Hopefully you have the basic ticketing information you are after in your Ticket History screen.
Here’s a link to the Output Set training material on the Tessitura Network website. There are 3 T-Casts and a Cookbook. The first T-Cast is about how to use Output Set Builder and parts 2 and 3 go into making custom Elements and Parameters. The Cookbook gives the code for a variety of Elements and Parameters and any custom views that might be required.

Thanks Ryan, I will have a look at the output sets.
I just basically want to generate an excel document with constituent info (name, address, email) and ticket info (event name, ev date, transaction date, mos, sales channel, num of tickets, total paid).

So you want all ticketing history per patron?I see you guys are in your 49th season so that's going to be a lot of info.
Not for everyone, just on a per performance or production basis.
