Order Search by Hold Until Date

Hi all,

Apologies if this is a really simple question!  I'm looking for a quick way to search for all unpaid reservations by the hold until date.  Is this possible?

Thanks,

  • Hi Eleanor,

No need for apologies, that is not a simple question.

You can use Season Manager > Seat Cancellation to create a cancellation set and then safely preview the tickets that would be included before you actually wipe them out.  The preview screen will display the constituent name and number along with the order number and number of seats to which product would be canceled.  This might be a quick answer, but if you are hoping to then extract those results and use them someplace else it is difficult to do from here.

So, if you do need to take that information out to a data sheet or something you might want to try Output Set Builder.  If you are unfamiliar with this tool there is a T-Cast available called Intro to Output Set Builder which is an instructive video and includes a cookbook of ideas and how-to's.

Output Set Builder works in tandem with List Manager and allows you to define exact data fields that you can extract per constituent.  It requires some set up in the system tables, but sometimes it is the only way to get exactly what you need.
