Ticket Reprint Fees

If a ticket needs to be reprinted due to the constituent misplacing or destroying their tickets we charge a small fee to reprint them. It is a per ticket fee (so if they need 2 out of 4 tickets reprinted we would charge the fee for 2 tickets). This was a super easy function in our last ticketing system. The system had a "Reissue" transaction type that we could apply the fee to.

I don't see that Tessitura has this functionality. Do any other organizations in Tessitura-Land have a similar type of fee? How do you set it up?

I'm thinking that it will have to be a user-defined fee but I'd like to have it automatically apply if I can.

Thanks!

  • We don’t have a fee, reprints are a free service we offer our patrons.  But I believe you’re on the right track with user-defined fees since the Reprint Tickets button is in the original order and it’s not creating a new line item to force a new fee.
