We are rolling out PAH the end of June and for our summer venue a small portion of the tickets we sell are allocated and sold directly through the facility out of a different ticket system and printed with bar codes that match their system, not Tessitura data. Does anyone have any experience with this problem and if so could you provide some advice on how to handle it at the gate? Should we use separate scanners for those tickets or should we just let those people enter without scanning and stub those particular tickets and scan them after the fact?

It really depends on how strict you want to be at the gate and whether your staff can handle using 2 scanners at once.
Some shows that we've had that they have to use 2 scanners because there is a higher volume of fraud and some we trust the patron and just let them in with stubbing their tickets.
