This post falls into the category of "You learn something every day." Saying that I just discovered the that batch report makes no record of when tickets are donated for resale. I always assumed the tickets were counted in the returned column but evidently not. We had a situation this weekend where it would have been very helpful to see how many tickets someone donated for resale but since it was not on her batch report, we did not catch the problem until it has now impacted our show settlement. Has anyone found a work around for recording tickets that are donated for resale on the batch report? I suppose we could use batch notes but a more automatic solution is always preferred over the manual data entry.
