Ticket Scanners

Hello, I wanted to know what model scanners other organization are using? We are currently use the Motorola MC55's. We continually have problems with losing connection to the server. The scanners are on their own dedicated T1. We have placed six  AP's overlapping the signal with the same result.  I have increased the time out time to 12. I am now thinking the scanner itself might be the problem. So...any other ideas would be great!

    We've been using MC70s with very little problem in losing connection. The only times we've had issues is when the wireless signal is being obstructed or too weak for our scanners.

    We use the MC70. My advice is to get the Hi Capacity batteries, but other than battery life, we’ve had a good experience the last three years. Our IT department tells me that this model has been supplanted by the MC75.
