I created a new general admission facility. Somehow a row of seats is unviewable on my facility map so even if I were to apply kill holds on all the seats I can there are 22 seats available to sell. How can I remove that row or adjust my viewing screen?
I did find the slider at the bottom of my screen so I can now see the additional row of seats. But I will still try you suggestion because I’d rather get rid of it all together.

Did you validate completeness after creating the new facility? If something is off with the seattypes or other aspects it might give you weird results.
Or if you're sure that facility it set up properly, you could have someone with access to sql server try running UP_POPULATE_TX_PERF_SEAT, UP_REBUILD_ALL_BSMAPS, UP_UPDATE_BSMAP_SEQUENCE, UP_UPDATE_LOGICAL_NOS, UP_UPDATE_ZONE_NO and UP_UPDATE_COMP_MAPS. Usually you only need to do that if you change the facility after sales have happened, but it could solve your issue.
Once a million years ago we did have an issue with a facility where seats were non-seats in facility manager, and we had run all those scripts several times and still half the seatmap was coming up as seats in performances, and it turned out there were values in tx_perf_hc for the perfs in question that oughtn't have been there and once we cleared those out the seats went away.

Do you have Technical Kill Holds that remove the seats from inventory? We just created a new GA Venue and I found that using the suggested [22,80] layout I still had two rows off to the right that required scrolling to locate. After applying the Technical Kills, the seats were blacked out and removed from inventory for that specific venue.
