I was wondering if anyone sales all types of group sales via the box office and not a special group sales number or individual person. How does this work? Are there any issues with consistency? Any hints are appreciated.

We don't have a group sales number etc. All calls come through to Box Office call centre and are handled as per any other call where group sales with or without discounts are applicable.
Often for Rock and Pop shows the Promoter will let our Box Office Managers know if certain coach companies are allowed to hold large numbers of tickets, and those Travel groups will then deal directly with the Box Office Management, as they are in essence a Promoter request.
