We are just beginning to work with allocations, and would like to use them with promotional codes on our website. If I allocate seats to a Mode of Sale that will be activated once the patron enters the promo code on our website, then doesn't that mean that patrons will not see those seats as available if they do not have the promo code? How can I make all of the seats available, but only a certain number of seats if the promo code is entered?

Not sure if I understand fully, but from what I can work out, you could make the allocation breakable by both your modes of sale used on the website. Therefore, the patrons who only enter the more restricted MoS will be only able to book that allocation, but others will be able to book anything, including that allocation.
