Reporting on facility fees

Hi all,

We're incorporating a per-ticket facility fee into our ticket prices next season (via a secondary price map) but we have big questions about reporting.

Can anyone provide some guidance on breaking that fee out for reporting? I'd especially love to hear from anyone who is doing reporting for touring Broadway settlements in this way.

     We have always had the facility fee embedded with ticket price using a secondary price map. Most of our custom marketing reports only show ticket price (excluding facility fee) as revenue. For settlements to shows, including Broadway shows, we always break down Ticket Price and Facility Fees, with fees being applied only on the ticket price. I would be happy to gather more information from our Box Office Manager for you if you wish so.
