Wrong campaign assigned to a package, live rollover has happened

Hello everyone,

I am hoping that someone has an easy solution for this:

Despite our thorough checking and proofing I have discovered that I assigned the incorrect campaign to one of our subscription packages for next season.  Instead of Subscriptions 2012 it was assigned to Subscriptions 2011.  So an easy fix on the Packages screen.

However, Rollover has happened in Live and packages tagged with the 2011 Campaign are sitting in constituent orders.  Since they are already in an order, when processed they will still be attached to the 2011 Fiscal year and Campaign, correct?

My first thought was using the Seat Cancellation report, however with no list parameter to filter that package I would have to cancel everyone's seats, and then re-run the rollover.  Perhaps this is my only solution, but if others have thoughts here that would be great!

  • Hi Duane,

    I don't think you'll have to cancel the orders and rollover again.  After you fix the package setup there are ways to apply those changes to existing orders.  I'm not positive on all the details, so I suggest you open a help ticket and the support staff will be able to give you the exact steps you need to follow.
