We are brand new clients to Tessitura and we are hoping to use Tessi to help with our General Auditions this year.. What we would like to do is have it so that our actors can go online and reserve their own audition time for either their musical or straight play auditions.. Then we would like to be able to pull a report letting us know who is coming on what day and what audition time.
I am sure we could just build a bunch of "performances" for this, but is there is a more sophisticated way to do this we would love to know about it. If we are going to do this through Tessitura then we have to have it set-up and ready to go by April 1.

At the San Antonio Conference there was a presentation about auditions being handled in Tessitura, and one of the future developments of the project was to have web integration; it might be worth having a look at the presentation and seeing if it something that you could implement (I think it might be a longer project though), but it still might be worth a look.
