We have a Thursday Classical Package and a Friday Classical Package that have one concert in common. This means that some patrons will not get their subscription seats on this one particular concert.
We rolled over the Friday Package patrons first so they could get their subscription seats since the concert that is in common is on Friday, May 11th.
We rolled over the Thursday Package patrons second and manually captured their subscription seats if their subscription seats were taken by the Friday Package.
By doing rollover over this way, will this affect rollover next season? Should I redo rollover and build a dummy concert for the Thursday subscribers to take the place of the May 11th concert so the Thursday subscription seats all rollover with no errors? OR, does anyone else have another way to accomplish this without having any issues with rollover the following season?
Thank you,
Jena
Jena,
It sounds like you'll be fine for next year. You'll need to re-seat those orders that failed due to the seats already being occupied. Just make sure they have their regular seats on the base seat map and then you can seat them wherever you like for any of the performances in that package.

Thank you, Dan. That is what I was thinking, but wanted some reassurance.
