We use print at home ticketing and have two ticket types: assigned seating and general admission. We have designed two PDF templates, one for each ticket type. Is there a way for Tessitura to know which PDF to pull depending on the facility in the order? We've only been able to connect it to Mode of Sale and Delivery Method, and are trying to avoid having to set up two Print at Home delivery methods. Thanks!

PAH knows which template to use based on the ticket design which is associated to price type.
So, you should have two ticket designs setup in Tessitura (let's call them 2345 and 2346). Your two PDFs should be named 2345 and 2346 as well. Then an order is placed and PAH is the delivery method, the application will determine which price type was used and reference the ticket design associated to that price type for that performance. It will then use the appropriate PDF template.
