We have a performance where we will need to have two separate allocations. Is this possible?

I think your issue is that you are wiping out one Allocation Map when placing a second one. If you have a template that has both Allocations on it it will work fine, or you can place one map and then just go into the map and click on Allocations to place the secont Allocation.
