That’s exactly what I’m suggesting. The way N-Scan works, if the facility column in LTR_NSCAN_PROFILES is populated and the perf_no column is not, then when you restart the N-Scan application each day, the scanner pings the server, gets the server date, and retrieves the perf_no values for all performances taking place in all facilities on the server date in question. The N-Scan Application Guide, which I’ve included the link to below, talks(albeit briefly) about this feature on page 13.

And as Heather suggested, if you use Door Open and Door Close times, that’ll keep people straight as to when they can get into the respective performances – but you’re likely already doing that, with so many shows.
