Incorrect MOS for Renewal Rollover set

I just did a subscription rollover and realized I used an incorrect MOS for all the orders created. Should I cancel the set or is there an easy way to just change the MOS on the orders created en masse?

Rosa, you should use Seat Cancellation to cancel these orders as there is not a way to change the MOS in any easier way.

  • Hi Rosa,

Just a word of caution about seat cancellation, in case you have never used it.
Be aware that comp tickets are considered fully paid, and thus are not canceled when
you run the seat cancellation procedure.
If you have comp seats in your rollover, you will want to update those manually and use a list to filter those out when you redo the rollover, otherwise I believe you will end up with extra empty orders within those accounts, since the rollover for them will fail due to duplicate seating (I think).
