I am new to the forum and have a question that I am hoping someone out there may be able to offer some advice on. 

We sell a limited number of catalogues and merchandise through Tessitura.  I am struggling with the best way to setup seasons and campaigns for items that we sell perpetually, so that we can track sales, inventories and activity across fiscal year boundaries.

We are considering creating a perpetual on sale season which would house all catalogues for example.  Would it be possible to change the campaign that is attached to these catalogues at the fiscal year boundary each year?  Would this allow us to use season overview, to see historical statistics but also give us easy reporting on sales and GL activity by season and perf or sale date?  Does this seem logical or does anyone have experience with a wiser setup?

I am trying to avoid re-building 200 catalogues at each fiscal year but still want to give our finance department reliable information about sales and inventory within each fiscal year.
