Ticket sales report by price only

We are a major music venue and as yet have yet to find a simple tessitura report which details simply:

Total tickets sold at what price and by whom.

The box office statement we have still doesnt group tickets by price but seperates them by seating zone and also does not show clearly venue and agent sales seperately.

The performance sales analysis we have still includes complimentary and reserved unpaid tickets in its totals, therefore to get total sales, these have to be deducted and manual amends made to reports by hand.

We have had tessitura for six years now and yet the reporting we currently have still does not provide the most basic analysis of total sales by price (base sale price) and by whom sold them, in order to do settlements easily with visiting companies.

Does anyone have a report ready written that does this?

Many thanks

  • When you say "sales by price" do you mean pricetype? Or do you want a detail of all tickets sold at each actual price point, regardless of pricetype (ie X $30 tickets, Y $40 tickets, etc vs X Adult tickets, Y Senior tickets, etc)? When you say "by whom" do you mean the solicitor on the order? or whoever created each sli?

    Hi

We just need the report to split by price point and by seller (by which I mean the venue sells OR an external ticket agency sells)

Eg: (Hope you can see the below which is a simple example)

    Ticket Price

    £    29.50

     £    23.50

    Total sales

    Grand total sales

    Gross income

    Seller

    venue

    350

    £    10,325.00

    120

    £    2,820.00

    470

    £     13,145.00

    corporates (venue)

    60

    £      1,770.00

    0

    £                 -

    60

    £       1,770.00

    ticketmaster (agency)

    600

    £    17,700.00

    100

    £    2,350.00

    700

    £     20,050.00

    see tickets (agency)

    300

    £      8,850.00

    100

    £    2,350.00

    400

    £     11,200.00

    Total

    1310

    £    38,645.00

    320

    £    7,520.00

    1630

    £     46,165.00

    Thanks! J
