I have two apostrophes (') in my ticket text, but they are printing as strange characters; an elevated 2 with a period underneath. The Font Selection used in Control Panel for my BOCA printer is US (ANSI) (1252). When I change to other Font Selections, the strange character does change, but changes to a period (.).
I have read the information in the Knowledgebase, but am unable to resolve. Font 13 is way too large to use on the ticket text, unless this is different than the Font Selection.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry Gordon, I responded to your other post where the "double" part was not specified. Double apostrophes or quotes don't print correctly I've found. I had to use a double accent (or whatever is under the tilde) in order to fudge it.
Font 13 does not work to print an apostrophe. The symbol prints as the diphthong AE. I will keep trying other fonts. Ryan (or anyone else), could you give me directions on how to type a single accent mark in the ticket text area?
