Maybe I just glossed over this as I was reading through reports, but is there a report that will show me all tickets that were purchased the same day as performance for a particular show?
We want to look at patron's buying habits for marketing purposes.
If you have Tstats you could just use "days prior to perf" in the tickets cube under ticket order details.
Try Daily Sales Report.

Hi Nick,
From the standard reports, depending on the level of detail that you require there are three reports that I am aware of that give ticket sales numbers on day of performance. In all three cases set the performance start/end dates and order start/end dates to the day of performance:
1) Daily Sales Report - shows total no. of tickets sold by MOS Category
2) Ticket Sales by Period - shows total no. of tickets sold by MOS Category or Sales Channel
3) Single Sale Order Listing - lists constituent, no. of tickets and order total. You can drill down to the Order Details for individual constituents. It doesn't isolate sales by season or production so if you have more than one event on the performance date then all orders will be listed.
If you have it, you could also collect track number of tickets sold on day of performance using the Seats or Tickets cubes in T-Stats, keeping in mind that to analyze "today's" sales, you have to wait until "tomorrow".

Thanks, that worked....EXCEPT....that once I showed them the numbers it wasn't what they needed. They want the % of single ticket buyers by performance by week. Short of calculating that by hand, and without T-Stats unfortunately, any way of getting that?
FYI, it can be done using the daily sales report.
If you make the performance dates from the start to the end of the run, and sales date to the week in question, you can see all ticket sales for all performances sold in any given week. The report will give you the sales number for the week in question and all sales for that and future weeks, numerator and denominator.
Thanks
