We are thinking about scaling a reserved seat house. I have never done this before so I am trying to get a sense of what is involved (work hours) in order to staff appropriately. I'm assuming I would use the current facility and house map and I would need to create different zone maps. It seems as if most of the work is setting up the price maps since there will be more and then on the performance set up pricing tab.
In the past, in order to get a jump on things we would always create the price maps with titles of what price types share that price and then as soon as we know what the actual price was going to be then we would go back and enter. It seems that in a scaling situation that would be much harder to do and that we should just wait until the prices are determined.
How do organizations handle their price maps? Do any of you try setting up things beforehand.
Do you have different price types for the different zones? I can think of any way to share price types between zones if they are different prices. Am I missing something?
That was supposed to read I *cannot* think of a way that different zones can use the exact same Price type for different zones in a scaled house.
