I recently discovered something strange upon receiving some renewal forms back from subscribers in the mail. When we went to process their order, by pulling up their order number directly, the data that was in the order belonged to another past years subscription season.
I went back to the rollover batch and was able to narrow down whose orders were rolled into past years subscription orders, but I am not sure how to go about fixing it now or how it happened?
My only idea is that I noticed for this one series in the rollover set that I forgot to put a date in the "Add to orders created after" field. It was left as 00/00/0000.
So my guess is that it rolled their 2009-10 subscription into whatever their last seasons subscription was.
In any case, does anyone know how to fix this? If it is fixable?
Thanks!

Hi Amy. The ‘Add to Orders Created After’ field being left blank is undoubtedly the culprit. This field should really never be left blank as it can result in products from the rollover set being added to rollover orders from previous seasons. I believe to remove the products from the existing orders, you will need to do so manually (Seat Cancellation will not work since the old orders probably have money tied to them). After the products are removed from these orders, you could create a list of these customers and a new rollover set using the list (with an ‘Add to Orders Created After’ value set into the future) to create the new orders.
