Hi,
I would like to remove performance keywords from the available keywords list in ticketing setup. is this possible? I can't seem to figure out a way.
I do not necessarily need to delete them from TR_TKW but if there was a way to remove them from active duty that would be amazing.
Does anyone have any experience with this?

You can't inactivate them; I did put this in as an Enhancement request but it never got through.
What you could do is put a control group of Sys Admin on all the ones you don't want to people to see and then only your System Administrator will see them in Ticketing Setup but the rest of the company won't get them as an option to use on the performances. This is how I have solved the problem here.

We do something similar to Caryl and have a control group that's called something like z-not used anymore. That way we limit what we delete just in case but users don't see a whole bunch of clutter. Works for than just keywords!
