I have two shows currently built in Tessitura that are built properly.
1) An 11pm Thursday performance that does not have 'Web' as a mode of sale.
2) An 11pm Saturday performance that does have 'Web' as a mode of sale.
Currently, the Cabaret website for ticketing is showing the Thursday at 11pm as an option and Saturday at 11pm as not an option.
It seems to me that something is built wrong on these shows that they would be choosing modes of sales that are or are not options but I am not sure what to look for. All the on sale dates look right.

Have you checked the web publish dates? They could be backwards, even if your MOS dates were correct, if the web publish is flipped you'd be able to see but not buy the Thursday, and not see the Saturday.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, the web publish dates are accurate. In fact, the Thursday 11pm show does not have have web publish dates because I do not want it to publish at all. The dates just say 00/00/000 00:00:00 . Is that a possible problem?

Leaving the web publish blank means it's always published. If you want it to never be published you should set both the start and end in the past. I generally use 1/1/1900 for both when I want something to never show up online.
