Does anyone have a "ready made" REPORT that allows you to pull a single group and print the seat map of just their tickets? Thank you in advance. Ruth Feldman, Director of Education and Accessibility Services, Yale Repertory Theatre, New Haven
Hi
We dont have a straight report but we did some work with a custom order acknowledgment and excel. The acknowledgement pulls together the first letter of the section (so stalls would be S) followed by the row and seat number (so we get something like SA1) which is then used by excel to highlight the seat on our seating plan.
This is the way that works best for us and uses our pre existing seating plan.
Not sure if this is of any use for you, but let me know if you're interested and ill go through the finer points.
Thanks
Mark
The SSRS seatmap example Ryan Creps had in one of his SSRS presentations has a parameter to highlight a list. It mimics the "reserved by this customer" color coding. So you'd see the whole seatmap but every ticket for those in the list would be orange, and the rest would look the same as they would in the normal seatmap. Maybe that could work for you? If not you could also probably modify it so it just highlights the list and leaves the rest white or whatever were the desired effect.
