Has anyone worked with organizations who will come in to help train your "customer service" oriented staff to also think like a "sales" staff? I have heard of one group that does this sort of thing - Target Resource Group (http://www.trgarts.com/) - but was curious if anyone has had any other experiences.

Hi Lesley,
There are many companies out there that can do customer service training but TRG is good because they understand the performing arts world. I have been through their customer service training and is was worth it.
