We are wanting to do a buy 2 concerts get 1 concert free offer (3 distinct events) and want to offer it on the website as well. Phone and window orders would be easy, but I'm not sure if this can happen on the web. Has anyone tried anything like this? Can you steer me in the right direction?

We have found that creating a "buy 1 get 1" using a 50% discount is definitely the easiest route, alas our patrons tend to get a bit confused thinking the 50% is the full price and it generates questions and phone calls to our Patron Services Center. We have asked our web developer Commercial Media to work on custom coding for buy 1 get 1 logic.
