We are wanting to do a buy 2 concerts get 1 concert free offer (3 distinct events) and want to offer it on the website as well. Phone and window orders would be easy, but I'm not sure if this can happen on the web. Has anyone tried anything like this? Can you steer me in the right direction?

When ever we do buy 1 get 1 free, or buy 2 or however many , it's almost never actually processed as 1 (or 2) paid plus a comp. For a buy 1 get 1, they're really both just 50% off. That's the easiest way to do it without custom webness. Unless you have a specific reason that third concert must be totally free, I'd recommend that route.
