Package definition changes not reflecting in Seat Map

Hi, all.

I'm experiencing an issue with one performance in a package where the package definition has changed. Basically, one performance for November that was part of a full-season package was canceled, and my directive was to move the subscribers who'd already rolled over into that perf into a new one.

The steps I took, in this order:

• Changed the performance group used in the package definition.

• Verified the package contained the correct dates, including the new performance and exclusing the old one.

• Deleted the existing package from all orders in the old performance and immediately reseated the same package (with the new date) in the same order.

Sub Line Items verifies that the new performance is included in the package, and the Seat Map reflects that as well. However, the Seat Map for the cancelled performance is not reflecting the change. The seat map for the cancelled performance looks as it did before I started, and now looks identical to the new performance.

Right click > Seat History on an occupied seat shows that the seat has been released (and, where applicable) the payment was unpaid, which is what I expect. Yet the seat in the old performance still shows as Seated / (Un)Paid.

When I sell the package as a new order, the correct dates are picked up in SLI.

Any ideas why the SPD and SUP from the old performance are not releasing in the seat map, despite Seat History saying they are?

Attached is a screen shot showing the disparity between Seat History and Seat Map. The seat I've highlighted as an example is in row E, 2nd from the left, surrounded by a yellow box. (There's more to the image than what's showing in Preview mode for me, but the essentials are all there.)

Thanks,
