We recently updated our NScan devices from Zebra TC200J to TC22, and are encountering a strange issue.
We use the 'Group Entry by Order' to enter our School/Tour Groups, our front facing staff often need to edit the quantity to accurately reflect how many folks are in attendance. For some reason, whenever we try to click the field to change the quantity we're unable to edit it? We didn't encounter this issue on the TC200Js.

I'm curious if this is an issue anyone else has encountered! I'll also add that we're still using v15.
It's got my organization's IT Team stumped. Any insight or workarounds are deeply appreciated!
I've encountered this issue too!! I also noticed that when selecting all attended, it didn't update any of the backend info in Tessitura. Is that happening to y'all? It's been a hot minute since I've looked at this, as we didn't really use the functionality and I was looking at implementing the process... Let me dig into my notes to see where everything landed..
If memory serves me right - all of this is reconfigured/fixed in v16 so it was a "wait until we migrate" priority.
This has been my suspicion! From everything I've see in regards to documentation for V16, I think it's just a case of running older software on newer tech.
We haven't had that issue with it not updating in the backend (thank goodness), just this weird glitch with editing that specific field.

If you're still in v15, its a known defect.
They aren't going to fix it inv15. The fix is in v16.
