Hi! In 2020, riiiiight before we all became distracted with other things, there appear to have been some updates to the ADA laws for ticketing: https://www.ada.gov/resources/ticket-sales/
After leaving theater ticking for a few years, I'm back at box office and trying to wrap my head around the updated rules. Would you be willing to share how you manage companion holds and pricing ratios in Tessitura? Especially anyone in an outdated facility.
Are you actually holding back some additional companion seats in adjacent rows, or just ensuring the Box Office knows to give at least 3 adjacent seats to a Wheelchair user? For pricing ratios, did you create special price zones for your Wheelchair accessible seats?
And if you have any other great accessibility tips in utilizing Tessitura, I'd love to hear them! Thanks in advance :)
