Recently our patrons have been running into issues using our site on any kind of mobile device.
When patrons get to the check out screen of our tnew site, the field where they would enter their card information is blocked by an error saying "The iframe has not configured"
I've heard that having patrons disable certain protections on their devices or opening it in an incognito window resolves the issue, but I'm hoping there's another work around that I can implement on the tnew or tessitura side.
Hello Sean, This is Kathleen with Tessitura Network Support. I see your issue was already resolved in another support ticket, but I wanted to post the resolution here in case any other members are wondering. Something in your site template was interfering with the payment form for Tessitura Merchant Services.
The resolution is to contact your web developers to investigate - they can get the specific error from their browser's console. In previous cases, we have seen this linked to assets used to create menu items, but it could be something else in your case. Please double check that your template meets the requirements laid out in the documentation - click here for TNEW v7 and click here for TNEW v16.
In the meantime, you can remove the template altogether to allow for transactions to process, but the default template will be applied. To do so:
When the developer has resolved the issue, re-add the URL to both fields, save the component, and clear the site's cache.
