Hello! We are using flex packages for the first time at my organization. The flex package has 3 shows- it includes two shows that have fixed seats in a theatre with different pricing ranges (though they are selected separately, people tend to choose the same seat for both performances), and one show that is general admission. Is it possible to roll over the part of the package that has the fixed seat? From my understanding flex packages don't rollover like fixed packages do but figured I would check. The idea is that we would rollover the 3-show subscriptions into a 4-show subscription that would contain two shows with fixed seats and two shows that are general admission.
If it's not possible to roll them over and each package must be built for each constituent, do you have any tips on Tessitura features that would make this task easier?

Amber is correct - you can't roll over flex packages. What you could do, though, is roll over one of the performances in the flex package into a fixed-seat package. It's less common to do a rollover from a performance to a package, but it can certainly be done!
