Our renewals have begun and now one of our venues have changed. Patrons are already rolled over and some already paid. On top of that, changing this venue would make the subscription package a super package. Is there any way to fix this without unseating everyone, changing the facility and the package to be a super package and then reseating everyone? Help!
Hi Melanie, Are the prices different in the new venue? Are your new subscription packages on sale yet? If pricing is the same you could finish your renewal cycle and then do an order import into the new venue with all of your renewed subscribers. Depending on reporting/finances/etc you could import on a comp price type or import based on what they paid and mark them as fully paid. Depends on how you need to reconcile it. I'd set up any packages for new subscribers as a super in the new venue. If you can wait, I'd wait to sell new in the new space until after you import, so you know how much inventory is left in the new space. For next year, use the performance as your source for the component "sub" package part of the superpackage to capture the renewed subs who do not have the performance in their package for this year.
