Reports for Sources/Changing Sources

At the opera company I work at, we create a ticketing campaign for the season, an appeal for each show, and sources to track different promotional efforts. As we are using sources more frequently this season than before, I have some questions that I hope someone would be able to help me with. Forgive me if answers for these can be found in the help documents, I was unable to locate this specific information.

1. Are there any reports in Tessitura where I can see which transactions use which source code? If there's not a report in particular, is there another way to access this information? I know that the sources page shows the number of transactions, but I would like to get more detailed than that if possible.

2. Is it possible to change the source of an order after an order has already been placed?

Thanks!

  • Rashida,

I agree with Neil that Analytics may be the best spot for this overall.  As an alternative, you could create a list for each of the sources you are trying to track that includes patrons with orders with those sources and then run several reports using those lists as criteria.  The Single Sale Order Listing and Ticket Sales by Period report come to mind where you could include a list as part of your parameters.

I also know that for us, we can edit the source without actually having to load the order, but rather just open the Order Details from the "Orders" section/tab and editing it there!  Super easy!
