only barcodes appear on PAH ticket

Hello,

We've had a number of calls from patrons buying in different MOS/price types/ticket designs, and they all have the same problem: the only variable data that appears on their Print at Home tickets are the barcodes.  The other variable data such as the opera name, date, seat location, account and order number are blank.  In many cases the barcodes have a little square "whited out."  The template appears correctly.

What could be happening?  We've installed old versions of Adobe to test it out by viewing and printing PAH tickets but that doesn't seem to be the problem.  Everything looks fine from our end, and most of patrons have no problems but some do.

I'm looking for something constructive to tell these patrons other than "uhhh, I dunno....how about a Box Office pickup?"  Has this happened to you?  Any ideas would be most appreciated!

Thanks!
Mary Mueller

  • Hi Mary,

    Good day.

there are a few things can be checked.

    1, template check

Use this template for other web tickets. work or not?

    2, MOS/ ticket design  check

Give patrons a different ticket design, work or not?

    3, SQL database check

Catch sql statement, make sure the data from sql server is correct.

4, If all these are correct, then the config file for PAHT need to be checked.

I think most likely, it should be a ticket design issue. field mismatch could be the reason.

    have fun.
