Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has looked in using, or are currently using, TruValidate (https://www.transunion.com/solution/truvalidate), on your websites to try to limit out known bad actors so they can't purchase tickets. This was discussed with one of my colleagues in our programming team on a call they were on so I thought I'd reach out and see if anyone here as used this. I'll cross post in the Ticketing forum as well.

We use TruValidate here at the LA Phil. It's been helpful, but definitely isn't a silver bullet. We're currently working with TruValidate to update our rules configurations to adjust to the ever evolving bad actors' practices.
