Is there a way to refund everyone when cancelling a performance, rather than having the Ticketing staff go through each order?

Depending on how you are refunding (check, credit card, on account) you may need to run the utility a few times. I believe it also only operates on the performance level (so you can't cancel a prod season en masse). I think Jessica is alluding to it, but there are considerations if you're refunding to a bunch of credit cards - talking to your bank will help with any issues.
We just did our first run with this. It took me a little while to get my head around exactly what it was doing, and a while to figure out what I considered to be a careful process (I wind up running the utility (checks notes) five times for every event, saving the output each, as well as creating a list, but it worked very well, I thought.
