Quick advice needed: We normally have a Friday, Saturday and Sunday Pops series. Next season we are getting rid of Sunday Pops. Do you know of a way of how best to proceed with rollovers for those Sunday patrons since we don't necessarily know which day they would choose and if their normal seats would even be available? Or should we just not roll them over and work through it on a case by case basis. Anyone else gone through this?
You could use the Sunday package as a source package for a different Target package (Ex: Friday), but you are essentially picking their new day for them and will have seating conflicts. It's kind of a horse and cart situation - depends on what is more valuable - having an order ready with pricing to generate a renewal notice (and the slight chance some folks may just renew with these new seats) - or letting them pick out of what's left available (but not necessarily having a renewal notice with pricing available to send to them). Another consideration - depending on your reporting, if you don't roll them over/have certain settings in place, they may be reported as "new" subscriptions instead of "renewed" subscriptions (trying to remember if this is a custom report or not...)
