Quick advice needed: We normally have a Friday, Saturday and Sunday Pops series. Next season we are getting rid of Sunday Pops. Do you know of a way of how best to proceed with rollovers for those Sunday patrons since we don't necessarily know which day they would choose and if their normal seats would even be available? Or should we just not roll them over and work through it on a case by case basis. Anyone else gone through this?
We've done this previously, and we did not roll them over. We just gave them priority in seating options for the next season as well as an earlier date to renew.
