Hello everyone.
I'm certain there is an easy answer for this question and I'm just not looking in the right place. I have turned on "Require CVV" when not swiped for our Credit Card payment methods. The Box Office has the ability to enter the CVV as well as the zip code. However, Development is not as the CVV and zip code are greyed out. Is this a security setting in groups? What super easy step am I missing?

Hello Jena! This is Margaret with Tessitura Network Support. I can see from our records that you also created a Support ticket for this matter. We discovered this was happening due to the Development staff using controlled batches. For PCI reasons CVV data is never ever stored in any fashion, and so, CVV data can't be collected if working in a Controlled Batch. If you are required to collect CVV numbers your development team will need to process contributions in an Uncontrolled Batch.
